The August 10, 2010 meeting of the Central New York Car Club Association was called to order at 7:10 PM by Dennis Connor, President.

No minutes were done for the July meeting, as most of the meeting was discussion regarding the Nationals.

For August, Dennis talked briefly about the Nationals.  There were 7,338 cars this year.  The gate was down.  Friday was not bad, Saturday was okay, but Sunday was poor.

Anne Marie Buerkle, who is running for congress, will be at the next meeting to speak to the Association about what she can do for our hobby.

Our condolences to the Twappet Twirlers Car Club on the loss of Jim Rasmussen, who passed away unexpectedly on August 13^th.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you, and his family.

The Treasurer’s report was read and placed on file.

 The July 50/50 of $44 was won by Rich Netti of the Prison City Ramblers Car Club, and the August 50/50 of $19 was won by Aric Penfield of the Salt City Vans Club/Empire Rodmen. 

 Next meeting will be September 14^th.
