The
January 10, 2012 meeting of the Central New York Car Club Association
was called to order at 7:00 PM by Dennis Connor, President.
Members of the Syracuse Soap
Box Derby Association spoke about the organization and races.
They are looking for sponsors. Please see attached information.
Mike Smorel spoke about Dry
Wash Waterless Car Wash. If
you have vendor space at your car shows, he would be interested in
hearing from you. He can be reached at 315-439-2291.
Bob Bombard provided updates
about the International Auto Showcase and to remind you that you can get
advance sale tickets at Quaker Steak & Lube. On Friday, admission fee
from 11:00 to 4:00 will be $5.00.
If you would be interested in sponsoring a plaque, you would
receive two admission tickets.
Judging will be as usual (7:00 am on Saturday, 3/24).
Please remember to get your dues and car show dates in for next year.
The dues are now $30.

The Right Coast Association is thinking about newer cars being able to
come to the Nationals on Sunday.
A final decision has not yet been made.

The Association encourages
all car club members to join SEMA. Membership is free, and you will be
kept informed on all upcoming legislation and how it impacts our hobby.

read and placed on file.
The 50/50 of $49 was won by
George Derousie of the Kruising Knights Car Club.
